On-line Retake Exam Registration

Registering for on-line retake exam is a 4 step process:

  1. Provide contact Information for the person/group
  2. Provide information for each attendee and the on-line retake exam they would like to take.
  3. Review the information to make sure it is correct
  4. Print the confirmation sheet and follow instruction to fax it to our office if paying by credit card or purchase order
